Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems is a private, non-profit corporation that provides a comprehensive range of behavioral health services including mental health, mental retardation, substance abuse and psychosocial services throughout eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, central New Jersey and eastern Maryland. Holcomb has been accredited by The Joint Commission since 2001 and is licensed the respective state entities.
Holcomb has been a member of the Chimes Family of Services since 2000.

December 18, 2009
The weekend of December 18, 2009 was memorable for the huge amount of snow and blizzard-like conditions in Baltimore. What was even more remarkable was the herculean effort expended to remove the snow at M&T Bank Stadium in time for the Ravens scheduled football game against the Chicago Bears.
